 Delivery Policy

1.       Your orders will be proceed by daily basis during working day from Monday to Friday.

2.       Daily cut-off time for order processing is at 12pm (Malaysia Time).

3.       Your orders will be sent out on the same day if payment made and confirm before 12pm.

4.       Due to technical or resources problem, your order delivery might be delay without prior notice. Kindly drop a remark in your order for any request of urgent delivery and we will try our best to arrange for you.

5.       We will inform you when your order item is out of stock. Refund will be credit back into your member account in Bebeloveshop.com.

6.       Delivery conformation email with tracking number will be send to your email after the delivery completed.

7.       Parcel can be track in www.pos.com.my. Kindly contract POS MALAYSIA (1 300 300 300) if your orders have not reach after the promised lead-time.

8.       We will not responsible to resending your rejected orders due to the wrong mailing address or contact number provided by you. Additional shipping needed for resending your orders.
